Using the Vitamin Tracker only takes a few seconds each day.
- Choose a reminder time that fits your routine, such as 8:00 am with breakfast.
- At your selected time, you'll receive a notification reminding you to take your vitamins.
- After you've taken them, simply tap Log Today's Vitamins in the Vitable App.
- Continue logging each day to build your streak.
How do streaks on the Vitable app work?
Track every day to reach your next milestone. Your first milestone is 7 consecutive days, followed by 14, 30, 60 and 90-day streaks.
Each day you engage with the Vitamin Tracker by logging your progress, you'll earn 5 Vitable Rewards points. You can also reach streak milestones to unlock bonus points along the way.
If your streak breaks, you'll keep all the points you've already earned and can begin building a new streak straight away.
