Can I Return My Vitamins?
Once orders have been processed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to health regulations. Please select your products carefully and consult with a healthcare professional before purchasing to ensure suitability.
Vitamin Results and Effectiveness
Please note that when it comes to vitamins and supplements, individual results vary, and the effectiveness of vitamins depends on factors such as consistent use, diet, lifestyle, and personal health conditions. Supplements should be taken as directed for their intended benefits, and depending on individual needs, may require consistent use over weeks or months to achieve noticeable results.
Refunds & Replacements
We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order is faulty, incorrect, or damaged, we will work with you to resolve the issue in line with your consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Eligible Cases:
We will provide a refund or replacement if:
- Your order arrives damaged
- Your order is incorrect or differs from what was ordered
- You receive a faulty product
Contact us within a reasonable period after receiving your order and include a description of the issue and a picture to help us review your inquiry.
Non-Refundable Cases:
We do not offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- Change of mind, including dissatisfaction with taste, flavour, or size.
- Misuse of products, including incorrect storage.
- Medical advice received after purchase advising against taking the product.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If you are eligible for a refund or replacement, email us at hello@vitable.com.au within a reasonable period after receiving your order, with:
- Your order number
- A description of the request
- Supporting photos (if applicable)
We’ll review your request and respond to you within 1-2 business days.
If your request is approved for a replacement, we will aim at processing your replacement order as quickly as possible. If your request is approved for a refund, it will be processed within 24h of approval and processed to the payment method used to place your order. We cannot offer cash or any other form of refund. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Vitable 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Important: this policy excludes any products purchased through our Personalised daily sachets / powders offering.
At Vitable, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible products purchased on our website vitable.com.au, with a 45-day window from delivery to allow you time to try the product properly.
This policy excludes any products purchased through our Personalised offering.
Vitamins and supplements are perishable and as such, we are unable to accept any returns of unopened or unused products as they can’t be repurposed.
Eligibility Criteria
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase on our website, you may request a refund for one (1) bottle, tub or pouch product within 45 days from the date your order is marked as delivered (as indicated by tracking).
- If you purchased a bundle or multi-month package, only the first month’s supply is eligible under this guarantee.
- Limit of one refund per customer. If multiple one-time purchases were made in a single order, only one of the products is eligible for refund.
- As the guarantee is based on the effectiveness of our products, you confirm that you have been taking the product daily and as directed for a minimum of 30 days. If you have used the product consistently but it hasn’t worked for you, we will happily refund your purchase.
- Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price after any discounts, excluding shipping fees.
- Refunds will only be made to the original payment method.
- Requests made after 45 days from delivery date will not be eligible for a refund.
We reserve the right to approve or deny any return or refund request in line with the above criteria.
Refund ProcessÂ
- In most cases, you will not need to return the product for a refund.
- However, we reserve the right to request that the product be returned if needed.
- If a return is required, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If a refund is approved under our money-back guarantee, you won’t be able to repurchase the same product in the future.
How to request a refund:
- Contact our customer service team at hello@vitable.com.au, with your order number and the name of the product you would like to request a refund for.
- Our team will review your request and confirm if your refund is approved. We will also inform you if the product needs to be returned.
- If approved, your refund will be issued within 3–7 business days of confirmation (or if applicable, the receipt of the used product).
