1. General

Welcome to Vitable, operated by Digital Services Australia II Pty Ltd ("Vitable," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing and using our website (www.vitable.com.au), related domains and sub-domains, or our mobile application (“Mobile App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website, Mobile App, or services.

2. No Medical Advice

2.1. Vitable does not provide medical care, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All information provided on the Website, Mobile App, packaging, or other materials is general in nature and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

2.2. Always consult a qualified health professional before taking any vitamins or supplements, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

2.3. Always read product labels and follow directions for use. Supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

3. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old; and
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

4. Subscription & Purchase Models

4.1 Personalised Products
Personalised packs are available exclusively on a subscription basis. Subscriptions renew automatically every 30, 60, or 90 days, as selected at checkout.

4.2 Essentials & Targeted Products
Essentials and Targeted products may be purchased either:

  • as a one-off purchase; or
  • on a recurring subscription every 30, 60, or 90 days.

4.3 Managing Your Subscription

  • Subscriptions continue unless paused or cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
  • You may manage, amend, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time via your Vitable account, the Mobile App, or by emailing hello@vitable.com.au.
  • Requests to pause or cancel must be received before the order cut-off date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Requests received after cut-off will apply to the following cycle.

4.4 Vitable’s Rights

  • Vitable may reasonably suspend or terminate subscriptions at its discretion.
  • We reserve the right to modify or withdraw “buy more & save” discounts, subscription cadences (30/60/90 days), or related offers at any time without prior notice.

4.5 Contact & Notifications
By subscribing, you consent to being contacted by Vitable via email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone, or app notifications regarding your subscription.

5. Product Availability & Shipping

5.1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

5.2. Orders are shipped via Australia Post or courier partners. Delivery within Australia generally takes 7–10 business days, and up to 14 business days internationally. These timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

5.3. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. Vitable is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect details provided by you.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

6.2. You are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product has a major fault, is damaged, or is incorrect, in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6.3. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary.

7. Pricing & Payment

7.1. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

7.2. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are valid and up to date.

7.3. Subscriptions will be charged automatically each cycle unless cancelled in accordance with clause 4.

7.4 If a payment fails for any reason (including insufficient funds, expired cards, bank restrictions or any other reasons), we may attempt to reprocess the payment automatically using the same payment method. Payment retry attempts may occur over a period of time following the original charge date. You authorise Vitable to make such retry attempts unless your subscription is cancelled in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain valid and up to date.

8. Discounts & Promotions

8.1. Discount codes, vouchers, and promotions are for single use unless stated otherwise and cannot be combined.

8.2. Discounts generally apply to product prices only, not delivery fees.

8.3. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions, “buy more & save” offers, or discounts at our discretion and without prior notice.

9. Referral Program

9.1. Existing customers may earn credits for referring new customers under the Referral Program.

9.2. Referral credits are applied to future orders only and cannot be redeemed for cash.

9.3. Vitable reserves the right to revoke credits and/or terminate accounts where referral abuse (e.g., fake accounts or self-referrals) is detected.

10. Points & Rewards Program

10.1. Customers may earn points through eligible activities, such as tracking progress in the Mobile App.

10.2. Points may be redeemed for rewards as determined by Vitable. Rewards are not guaranteed and are offered at Vitable’s discretion.

10.3. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or applied as a direct payment.

10.4. Vitable reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Points Program (including rewards structure and redemption terms) at any time without notice or obligation to fulfil rewards already accrued.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Website or Mobile App, you consent to such collection and use.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website and Mobile App, including trademarks, logos, images, and text, is owned by or licensed to Vitable. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.

13. Liability & Disclaimers

13.1. To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Vitable is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.

13.2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Website or Mobile App access and may suspend or modify them at any time.

13.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
