FAQs

How much omega-3 do I actually get?
Each soft gel capsule contains 500 mg of fish oil, giving you 180 mg of EPA and 120 mg of DHA. The recommended dose is two capsules daily, so that comes to 360 mg of EPA and 240 mg of DHA, or 600 mg of combined omega-3s a day.
Does it taste fishy?
No. The oil sits inside a small soft gel capsule that you swallow whole, so there is nothing to taste, and it is refined and tested for freshness so there is no aftertaste either. Take your capsules with food, as recommended.
Is Fish Oil suitable for vegetarians or vegans?
No. The oil comes from fish and the capsule shell is made from bovine gelatin, so it is not suitable for vegans or vegetarians. It also contains fish and residual traces of sulfites.
