Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

¼ cup Vitable Plant Protein

1 medium carrot, finely grated

½ tsp cinnamon

¼ cup chopped walnuts

½ cup Greek yoghurt

â…” cup unsweetened almond milk

2 tsp maple syrup
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine the oats, Vitable Plant Protein, grated carrot, cinnamon and chopped walnuts. Add the yoghurt, almond milk and maple syrup. Stir until well mixed and creamy.
Divide evenly between two jars or containers, cover and refrigerate overnight.
Enjoy chilled, topped with a dollop of yoghurt, a sprinkle of cinnamon and extra walnuts.
