Creamy, nutty and dipped in dark chocolate, these freezer-set bars are made with Vitable Plant Protein for a snack that tastes like dessert but delivers real fuel. This lighter version keeps the indulgence but lowers the calorie load - still high in protein, low in effort, and ideal to keep on hand for when the cravings hit.

Ingredients

1 1/3 cups Greek yoghurt

1 tbsp pistachio cream

1 tbsp maple syrup

3/4 cup dark chocolate (85%), melted

1/2 tbsp coconut oil

2 tbsp crushed pistachios
Directions
Mix all filling ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Spoon into 4 silicone Magnum moulds and insert sticks. Smooth the tops and freeze for 4 hours or overnight until solid.
Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil in a tall, heatproof glass. Stir until smooth and glossy. Remove bars from moulds and dip into the chocolate. Sprinkle with crushed pistachios while the coating is still soft. Place on baking paper.
Return to the freezer for 15 minutes to set. Best eaten straight from the freezer or slightly thawed.
Recipe Note
Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
