A beach-day energy fix made simple. Cold brew and collagen come together with a hint of spice to make creamy coffee cubes that melt into your milk of choice. They’re easy to prep ahead, taste like an iced latte from your favourite café, and set you up for a fun day.
Ingredients

2 shots / 1 cup strong cold brew coffee

20 g / 4 tsp Vitable Collagen Creamer

¼ tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp honey (optional)

1 cup almond, oat, or milk of choice (to serve)
Directions
Mix collagen creamer and spices thoroughly into your coffee and mix well. Add honey if desired.
Pour into ice cube trays and freeze overnight.
Store cubes in a freezer bag or insulated container for easy grab-and-go.
To serve, add cubes to a chilled tumbler and pour over your milk of choice. As they melt, they infuse it with creamy, spiced coffee flavour and glow-boosting collagen.
