Think of your fave Caesar salad, then turn it into a high-protein wrap with homemade croutons, a creamy yogurt dressing, and juicy shredded chicken. So satisfying and made for summer lunches.

Ingredients

1 cooked chicken breast (about 200g), shredded

2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt

1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tsp Dijon mustard
-
1 tsp lemon juice
-
1 clove garlic, minced
-
2 tbsp grated parmesan
-
2 whole grain wraps
-
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
-
1 slice of your bread of choice, cubed (for croutons)

Directions
Toast bread cubes in the oven or air fryer for 7–8 minutes, tossing halfway, until golden and crispy.
Mix yogurt, olive oil, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Mix chicken with half the dressing. Add lettuce, parmesan and croutons. Toss lightly.
Layer chicken mix in 2x wraps. Drizzle with more dressing. Roll and toast in a sandwich press if you would like.
