Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

¼ cup Vitable Plant Protein

2 tbsp cacao powder

½ cup Greek yoghurt

â…” cup almond milk

2 tsp maple syrup
Caramel

2 tsp almond butter
-
1 tsp maple syrup
-
2–3 tsp warm water
Chocolate Top

10 g milk chocolate, melted
Directions
In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, Vitable Plant Protein, cacao powder, yoghurt, almond milk and maple syrup until smooth and well combined. Divide the mixture evenly between two jars or containers.
- In a small bowl, stir the almond butter and maple syrup together. Add warm water gradually until the caramel becomes smooth and easy to spread. Spoon over the oat base in each jar.
Melt the milk chocolate and drizzle it over the caramel layer in each jar. Place the jars in the fridge and refrigerate overnight.
