Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

¼ cup Vitable Plant Protein

½ cup Greek yoghurt

â…” cup unsweetened almond milk

1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

2 tsp maple syrup

½ tsp vanilla extract

2 shortbread biscuits, crumbled
Directions
In a medium bowl, mix the oats, Vitable Plant Protein, Greek yoghurt, almond milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold in the chopped fresh strawberries. Divide the mixture between two jars or containers and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, top each jar with crumbled shortbread biscuits just before serving.
