Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

¼ cup Vitable Plant Protein

2 tbsp cacao powder

½ cup Greek yoghurt
-
â…” cup almond milk

2 tsp maple syrup

1 cup fresh strawberries

10 g dark chocolate (70%), melted
Directions
- Cut the berries in half and line them neatly along the inside edge of each glass container, cut side facing out.
In a blender or food processor, combine the oats, Vitable Plant Protein, cacao powder, Greek yoghurt, almond milk and maple syrup. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture gently into the containers to cover the berries. Melt the dark chocolate and pour it over the top to form a smooth layer. Refrigerate overnight.
