Ingredients
-
3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
-
2 tsp maple syrup
-
2 tsp matcha powder
-
250g fresh strawberries or raspberries
Directions
Rinse the berries gently and pat them completely dry with paper towel. Any moisture will stop the coating from sticking.
In a small bowl, melt the coconut oil in short microwave bursts until fully liquid.
Stir in the maple syrup, matcha powder and Vitable Plant Protein powder. Mix until smooth and fully combined. The mixture should be slightly thick yet pourable.
Dip each berry into the mixture, allowing any excess to drip off, then place them on a tray lined with baking paper.
Refrigerate for about 5 minutes or until the coating is set.
Recipe Note
Store in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy chilled within 3 days.
