These no-bake eggs strike the perfect balance between indulgent and nourishing, packed with protein, naturally sweetened, and finished with a smooth chocolate shell for that classic Easter bite, delivering 10g of protein per egg.

Ingredients

¾ cup natural peanut butter

½ cup almond flour

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 cup chocolate chips

1 tbsp coconut oil
Directions
In a bowl, combine peanut butter, almond flour, protein powder and maple syrup. Mix until a thick, smooth dough forms.
Shape into 10 egg-sized portions and place on a lined tray. Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
Dip each egg into the chocolate, coating evenly.Place back onto the tray and refrigerate until the shell is set.
